Shipping 

Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on material Jettrim.com can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.

For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APOS please select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be shipped via UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate.

Jettrim will always make every attempt possible to deliver product (s) ordered on time. Jettrim is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. Jettrim bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
Return Policy/Procedures

International Shipping Disclaimer 

  • You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. We will not alter invoice pricing.
  • As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Shipping Terms

Jettrim is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.

Jettrim cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

 We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. 

Delivery Timing

If you require products delivered by a certain date, please email sales@jettrim.com to verify production times. Jettrim does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance. 

Returns

Jettrim does not accept returns for custom ordered items. Please be sure of your year, make and model before placing order.If you are unsure about product fitment please don’t hesitate to contact us. Material samples can be requested by email or by phone.
